1st Day

Start your Gobi Desert Tour from Ulaanbaatar city. After 230km driving to the southwest from Ulaanbaatar city, we will reach Bag Gazariin Chuluu (A stone of little place). This fascinating part of the vast Gobi desert is located in Delgertsogt sum, Dundi-Gobi province. Baga Gazariin Chuluu is surrounded with over 20 different types of medical herbs and you can also find and see ancient Petroglyphs, Jarlant Cave, the ruin of Choir monastery that established by Dava, who is an ancient historical researcher.

2nd Day

Today you will drive towards Yoliin Am canyon, but on your way, you will stop to visit Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa). Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa) is 400 meters long cliff that was formed around 10 million years ago when it was covered by a sea.

Later you will drive to Yoliin Am canyon that named after the endangered bearded vulture that lives there. Yoliin Am is an oasis in the Gobi desert, and it is part of the large national park. This protected area is home to regional plants and rear animals.

3rd Day

Continue your Gobi Desert Tour to “Khongoriin else” sand dunes. These are really impressive sand dunes reaching a height of 800 meters, 20 km wide and about 100 km long, of course, they are always moving and changing. They are also known as the “singing dunes” as when it is windy the grains of sand rub each other making a unique sound.

4th Day

Some of the main activities of the Gobi desert tour you can complete here. You can hike up to enjoy a fantastic view of peaceful nature. You can also ride a camels.

5th Day

Locally known as Baynzag “rich in saxaul shrubs”, named for the tree-like shrubs. Like Joshua trees of Mongolia. It named as a flaming cliff by paleontologist Roy Chapman Andrews, who arrived in 1922 to excavate the area. The beauty of the surrounding landscape is a good reason to visit. This is the area where was one of the first discovered dinosaur fossils.

6th Day

Kharakhorum is an ancient capital of the Mongol empire during the Ogedei Khan. After 40 years Khubilai Khan moved the capital to Khanbalikh which is now known as Beijing.

7th Day

Drive into Ulaanbaatar. Same day drive to Terelj national park. Stay in Ger camp resort in the national park.

8th Day

Visit turtle rock, Hike on Aribal Temple. Meditation center. Drive to Chinggiss Khan’s statue in Sonjin boldog. Visit small museum inside. Hike up to Chinggiss khan’s horse head. At the same day drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Stay at your hotel.

9th Day

Drive to Chinggiss Khan international airport and take flight to depart from Mongolia.
